Slumber Party

We converted our downstairs fireplace to a gas fireplace a couple of weeks ago. We absolutely love it! It’s so cozy and toasty down there. Grant had been sleeping downstairs for a few nights already because he enjoys sleeping in the glow of the fire (and because he had had friends sleeping over and the family room is our location for sleepovers). Scott was traveling for work this week so we decided this would be the perfect time and place for the three of us (four if you count Maggie!) to have a slumber party. I told the kids I was game as long as I got the couch. They agreed, so downstairs we went. What fun! I so enjoyed having a slumber party with the kids!!
