Technopolis

Woohoo, finally finished my entry for the INSD Challenge! I accomplished all 26 challenges.


Below at the right side I layered a ribbon, a flower and a button (layer three elements), I used staples (from Brandy Murry's Bees Knees Kit) to attach the journalling strips, used Modern Master template 16 from Tiffany Tillman, used the burn tool to emphasize the creases from the overlay on the yellow background, I used League Gothic font to write the date and the time of the layout, used an alphabet from Retrospect, and Bohemian Typewriter font to write the journalling, I recoloured the wooddisc with the camera, in red (which is a colour we were supposed to use), used grey as a frame around the photos and in the text, I used practically nothing else but Retrospect, and I used a hipstamatic filter for the pictures (filter I found on the internet). I couldn't find an instagram filter that worked on my pictures, so I hope the Hipstamatic is fine as well. All other challenges I think are very clearly used in my layout.


Technopolis is a sort of a permanent interactive exhibition here in Belgium where children and grown ups can experiment with all kinds of things, like energy, walking on the moon etc. It's a lot of fun and I went there with my husband, daughter and sister and her children last year in August.
