Here is what it says...

My friend Janice was celebrating one of those “MILESTONE” birthdays and not handling it well...so her step daughter Louise came all the way from England to help her Celebrate... It was time for the annual city wide art show called The Cultural Cruise so we went together.. .Lots of great art and food!!
