Then and Now

My sister and I planned a special weekend at a resort for Mom and Dad's 50th anniversary in 2006. I had the brilliant idea of duplicating their wedding cake and our other sister had a friend who made it happen. She even drove out to the resort and delivered it while we were all out watching the girls snowboarding. When we were all back at the chalet and unveiled the cake, I thought Mom was going to have a heart attack the way she was clutching her chest. But what she was doing was crying...
