I am so excited that I finally figured out how to convert templates created for PS to Storybook Creator! Yay! I can finally start using templates from non-SBC designers.

That's awesome!! I have a template addiction, so not being able use them would have been torture for me.

It has been especially obnoxious to see a cute template, or one that is part of a challenge or one that is a freebie and knowing that it is of no use to you, except as more like a blueprint.
Of course, even this way, it needs to be a layered template with separate pngs and not just a psd file by itself.

That was the main reason I switched from Storybook to Photoshop. I was irritated that I couldn't use the PS templates in SBC. Now, I'm a complete PS junkie!

Meagan - what does Storybook Creator use as a template. I know a lot of programmes can't use PSD files as the base for a layered template. Most designers create Page Templates as layered PSD files but it is possible to export the individual layers in a PSD template to named PNG files that can be used in some programmes as an alternative. I do this using a Script for Photoshop. Would this be of help with your programme?
