March Swatch Challenge with Melissa Esplin

Welcome, Welcome, to this month's Swatch Challenge!

I'm very excited to share with you some of my current favorite colors! Here they are:



I've chosen this color combo because:
•• I'm obsessing over the creamy peachy pinks I'm seeing on the runway
•• Teal is so in right now. I can't describe my love for it completely, but lemme tell you, I'm dreaming in teal.
•• Rich, olive green really seems to balance out the sweetness of the soft pastels AND it's just such a gorgeous color in any season.

For those of you new to the color challenge you must: create a layout using the colors in my swatch palette and post it in the March Swatch Challenge Gallery. Remember, not all the elements in your layout have to have these colors, you can pull in unique colors from photos to complete a color scheme too!

Just wondering if we need to use all of the colors and the exact ones in the swatch?

Jane, you definitely can tweak this however you want. It's just a jumping off point for your creativity, so you can use as many or as few of the colors as you like, and they don't have to be exact.
