June 2012 Inspiration Challenge

Welcome to the June Inspiration Challenge!!!

I have been enamored the last few months with "She Art". Little folks~y /collage~y type paintings of and by women. They have such a neat charm. You can find more here: http://tinyurl.com/6otr6fb.



I have made a real one, but thought it might be fun to see if I could use digital elements to make one. I used a TON of kits - basically plundered my whole stash... We have lots of awesome designers here at DHD that have created masks, mists and brushes that really lend themselves to this type of "art". Here's mine:



She Art is personal. It's a small glimpse of yourself, using bright colors, patterned papers, bits of doodling, small strips of words. I hope it inspires you to create a unique project about yourself...

Oh WoWZERS! This is such an awsome challenge! A true stretch for me to try and do! Good thing we have a month!

Well, just remember the key word "inspiration".... you can be inspired to emulate the colors or the doodling...

Mine took about a week, working on it a little here and there.
