Well, it's June 1st. What happened to May?! Is it just me, or did the last month just fly by? Hard to believe that pretty soon we will be half way through the year! Welcome to another installment of Project 365 (or 52 or 12). Are you keeping up with the photos? I'll be posting my May layout soon, just have a few last-minute things to change. Do you have any activities planned for this month? Some schools are already out for the year, so that means kids activities, the start of vacations, days spent at the pool, cookouts ... so much to do outdoors. Share your P365 pages with us and get your name entered into a drawing for a DHD gift certificate.

Just wondering ... is anyone printing their pages each month? What do you plan to do with them?
I have to admit, that sticking to just 7-8 photos per month had made me hang in there much longer this year. I was thinking of a hard-cover book for my P365 pages this year. Maybe design the cover by picking one photo from each month - something I've used in my pages, or something I haven't ... still toying with the idea.

I used to be on Leiko Beck's creative team but then she took a break to return to her professional photography business. Leiko resides on the Big Island so I asked her if she could do a family photo shoot for me. She was wonderful. It is her photos that are on the front and back covers.

Okay, so I blink, and tomorrow is June 15 - half way through the month already?! Seriously?! How are your photo collections going for this month? I've got a few things - my son passed his state exam in algebra and I have a copy of the paper from his math teacher - yep, photographed that. Garden work last weekend ... photographed that. Dog curled up on towels on the patio - the towels were lying on a folded up patio chair. She finds it comfortable, apparently. More pictures of that.

Wow, TWO sets of P365 pages? Oh my. I'm sure that keeps you busy, let alone scrapping other things, too. What is the bird in the page you highlighted?

It is the Red Tailed Hawk. He is an animal ambassador at our zoo, so they bring him out to visit with everyone. Some ambassadors, you can pet, but the hawk - not so much! It is cool to see him fly over everyone's head though. I was able to get within 3 feet of him, which was really cool.
