The only apron in my house is a Making Memories “Slice” apron that I wear when I am scrapbooking (w/ paper)….you know, like if I am breaking out the paint or whatever. Actually, I just feel like a real “professional” scrapper when I wear it. BUT! I haven’t had to pull it out for quite sometime since I have tooootally got myself hooked on digital scrapping! Wow! Soooooo addicting!

My grandmother ALWAYS wore an apron when she cooked, or cleaned. So aprons bring back a lot of fond memories for me. She passed away and my sister got all the aprons because everyone in my family knows just how much I LOOOOVE cooking! “NOT!”

If I remember to put an apron on I’m a happy girl. Most of the time I didn’t get dressed for the day so it’s not a big deal to get a little messy. I have 2 aprons, and one that was my Great Grandma’s.

No aprons in my house. I do tend to cook with at least one towel thrown over my shoulder, however. So that serves much of the same purpose as an apron, right?

Great kit!! And only a dollar? What a deal.

I’m pro apron. I think they are a great idea but I must confess that I should wear one more often. I come from work and get started making dinner right away because it is late. You would think I would put one on to protect my work clothes but I often don’t. My favorite to wear (usually on weekends) is one that my husband’s grandmother made because it covers a lot. I’ve worn it so often that it is ready to fall apart because the fabric is so thin. I also have a beautiful one that my sister-in-law bought me. It is so pretty that I never want to wear it. Way more information than you probably wanted but I liked the question…..lol.

I have lots of aprons but always forget to wear them! Some are vintage from my grandma, some I have made, including a recent one I made to wear at our school’s book fair. I was the chairperson and it was a diner theme. So I made myself an apron with the fair logo in the front and embellished with puff paint and a napkin name tag!!! I am going to wear it again tomorrow when I serve Italian sodas to a classroom of kids!
