I love Deena Rutter’s Superstition D-Cut Shapes! They images are simple and easy to embellish and use in so many applications.

I used these shapes along with some great Halloween Papers from Jen Allyson’s Halloween Freebie and Robyn Meierotto’s Not So Freaky:

Happy Halloween Cat Plate
- I used Deena’s Cat shape with my silhouette to cut white fuzzy vinyl.
- I sprayed raven Glimmer Mist on the cat shape.
- Once it was dry, I adhered to the plate.
- I added some self adhesive gems for eyes.
- I added happy halloween in black vinyl.
- I added glue and black glitter to the letters.
Happy Halloween Crow Plate

- I sprayed Granite Glimmer Mist on the crow shapes.
- Once it was dry, I adhered to the plate.
- I added some self adhesive gems for eyes.
- I added happy halloween in black vinyl.
- I added glue and black glitter to the letters.
Halloween Cat Treat Bucket
- I cut this cat out of plain black vinyl.

Halloween Spider Take Out Container
- I cut this spider out of plain black vinyl.
- adhere to take out box from party store.

eeeeeeek! Spider Card
- I cut these spiders out of white fuzzy vinyl
- I sprayed them with Raven Glimmer Mist
- I printed one sheet of Patterned Paper from Jen Allyson’s Freebie Halloween Kit at 6×6
- I trimmed the patterned paper to 5 7/8″x 5 7/8″ mount to 6×6 Black Cardstock.
- when dry, adhere the spiders to the card front.
- Using a paper piercing tool, mat and ruler, pierce holes in a line from the spider to the top of the card.
- hand stitch with needle and 3 strands of embroidery floss.
- add googly eyes with glue dots, I used mismatched eyes to give these spiders a silly feel.
- add text to Halloween Tag, print, trim with scissors, mount to card front with pop dots.
- Trim 12×12 white cardstock to 6×12.
- score and fold in half.
- mount card front to white cardstock.
