Every year I take lots and lots of pictures at my boys’ school events. It’s a luxury that I am afforded as a Stay at Home Mom that working parents don’t get, so I like to share them. I compile all the pictures from the various school events and field trips and burn them to DVDs. In the past I have used plain cd envelopes bought in bulk, but I thought this year I could make something so much cooler!
I used Audrey Neal’s Organic Kit to create my design.

I printed this design, trimmed it on my paper cutter and set it aside to adhere to the cd envelopes later.
For the envelope, I printed one 8.5″x11″ sheet of Audrey’s woodgrain paper using the borderless print feature on my printer. I placed the sheet on my silhouette cutting mat.

Using my silhouette, I cut out the envelope shape. I peeled it carefully off the carrier sheet.

I scored along the fold lines.

I applied adhesive to the two side flaps and folded it closed.

I also created one by cutting the envelope pattern out of Kraft cardstock then mounting the personalized information on the front.

I hope this has inspired you, I certainly enjoyed sharing it with you!
