Jen Allyson here… I haven’t done Top in the Shop in soooo long! And I’m coming back with a bang — or at least with a significant amount of cheating. My three kits all are from the same designer… MaryAnn Wise! I absolutely love her releases this week. I just got back from a major beach vacation so I cannot wait to use these Beach Days 12×12 Overlays for my photos:
In addition to these overlays MaryAnn also released a coordinating set of Low Tide Papers which are perfectly grunged and just begging to be used!
My last pick is the Taped Frames also from MaryAnn. I just loved the simplicity of these for not only layouts but to add a creative touch to an invitation or blog post.
Gen here, and I gotta admit, I’m bummed that Jen got to mention those Taped Frames before me… They are definitely hitting my cart today! So, my choices? First up, I’m really digging Sara Schmutz’s My Shades Digital Papers 1. The colors and patterns are so fun and vibrant; did you see the wee green&white polka dot? Entirely too fabulous!
Next, I’m absolutely loving Jen’s new Notions kits, particularly the Orange & Co. The entire kit is adorable, but the dress forms, both in sticker form and tiled across a paper, are so fun and whimsical!
My third choice this week is pretty obvious if you’re familiar with me: MaryAnn’s Stitched Grids. I absolutely love stitching, and add it to almost any layout. In crisp white, with varying grid designs, these stitches will provide the perfect texture and finishing touch to so many layouts!
