School of Design – Creative Clustering 4
It is our final week! Time flies fast when we’re having fun but I hope that before this series ends, you were able to learn something. First time in this lesson? Be sure to check Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 of our Creative Clustering series.
And now that we’ve come to the final part, what can we still do to make our beautifully clustered page even more beautiful? When you are doing something, you don’t just stick to whatever it is you’re told to do to finish it – you go the extra mile to do things better. That’s what we are going to do with our page!

Right now, we have achieved the basic look but as scrappers, we would always want to make our layout look great! Like I have said many times, don’t be afraid to play around. Add more elements if you like – besides, that’s what clustering is all about!
Below, you’ll see that I added a couple more elements, more flowers, more leaves and some accents like buttons, bows and ribbon. I rearranged the leaves, flipped and rotated as necessary to achieve the look I want. I even added a few layers of corner rounded papers!
Still not contented? I went ahead and added a few more accents – scatters, butterflies, strings, labels and banners made this page even more beautiful!
But did I stop there? Nope! I still have one finishing touch I need to do – the background looks very plain to me. So, I started tilting my brown background paper and I added a new background
Still looks a little short to me, I went and look for the perfect patterned paper that will complete the layered background and I ended up with this page.
Now, I am content.
I hope you learned something from me this month and I hope you’ll be able to use this kind of technique. If you still feel uneasy doing it on your own, I have a 3 sets of clustered templates in my store that will be able to help you.
I am such a lover of clusters so I have created my template series too!
