13 Days of Halloween–Spooky Drink Labels
Welcome back to day 2 of 13 Days of Fall and Halloween Hybrid Projects!
Didn’t you just love the awesome School of Design blog series in September? I was sad to see it come to an end, but excited to participate in this new blog series. I must give credit to Gennifer Bursett’s Let’s Talk About Text, Baby! which has been a huge source of inspiration for my hybrid project today. I have been thinking more and more about how to incorporate new fonts in my projects.
Let’s get started. After downloading new Halloween inspired fonts for my project, I thought about the message these fonts would portray and got to work. I measured the drink bottles that I would be using for my labels and started creating with help from these kits in the shop.
Here’s a picture of my digital designs–note the really fun fonts!
I printed the labels and adhered them to the bottles.
Very simple, very quick, but SUPER fun. I can’t wait for our Halloween party–the kids (and adults) are going to love these.
Customized labels are a quick way to use your digital scrapbooking skills in your every day life. Just for fun I took some of Jen Allyson’s labels and printed them out. I didn’t have to do anything to them. I’m talking SUPER easy! I’m imagining a candy bar with all of her labels printed out on jars filled with fun Halloween treats.
