Melissa says: “I create a monthly calendar page for each month during my children’s first years. That way I can use all those photos from my phone that aren’t really great quality, or extra photos that I don’t want to make whole page for but also don’t want to just delete. And I write about his firsts, big moments, etc on the calendar, too, so I won’t ever forget! You could adapt this idea and do a calendar for each of the months during summer break with your kids this summer, or do a “typical month of our life” page where you document all the running around you do to practices, games, concerts, work, doctor appointments – whatever your family life looks like. It would be so neat to look back on 20 years from now and remember what life was like ‘back when.’”
I made a photo story for Kristin’s kit. I just love its colors. How I wish I had more quality photos though. Overall this kit is so fun to play!
I hope you are inspired by our talented designers and decorators as much as I am. Next week we will pick one lucky commenter to have this kit for FREE! All you have to do is answer the question below.
What is that one thing you are never fully dressed without?
Clue: You can find the answer in the layouts.
