1 Kit, 4 Ways: Time for Tea

Who’s ready for another Wednesday, and another edition of 1 Kit, 4 Ways? I am! If you’re new here, it’s where 3 of the and I take a kit and create four layouts, showing you just how far your scrapbook supplies can stretch. This week, we’re happy to be showing off a new kit by , Time for Tea, which debuts tomorrow!

Let’s get to it, shall we?

Layout by Gennifer Bursett

The sweet color scheme was perfect for this photo I snapped of my grandma last month. I clustered three of the tags on the right side of the page, and added her initials in a neutral alpha. Stitches, a bow, and a strip of eyelet give lots of texture, and also help to  play up the vintage, hand-made feel. Layout by Jen Papadimitriou

Jen Papadimitriou says: “I was struggling with the photo of my cousins wedding because of the greenish tint, but when I saw Sara Schmutz’ Time for Tea Collection I knew the colours where perfect! Sara is known for her rich, bold colours and this doesn’t disappoint. I also used a couple of her adorable elements and flower brush to finish off the page.” (Credits: Time for Tea by Sara Schmutz; Basic Cardstock by Karen Funk; Be YouTemplate .001 by Karla Dudley) and

Layout by Jennifer Valencia

Jennifer Valencia says: ” I love the combination of colors in Sara’s kit, and I decided to use several of these patterned papers with a favorite black and white photo. I kept the page simple to let my photo and the colors of the papers take center stage, and added a few embellies to help the photo pop.” (Credits: Time for Tea and Back to Basics by Sara Schmutz; Digi Essentials 2, Wire Sentiments, and Togetherness by Karla Dudley; Remember When by Karen Funk)

Layout by Jeryn Carlisi

Jeryn Carlisi says: “Sara’s kit was perfect for a picture I wanted to use of my friend’s cute daughter that I love to use since I have a boy. I tweaked the template to get rid of the journaling spot and included word art. Because I didn’t want to overload the page with too much brown, I used the dots paper from Sara’s kit as a mask to cover the scallop border.”  (Credits: Time for Tea by Sara Schmutz; Crazy in Love by Karla Dudley; Holiday Template 19 by )
