1 Kit, 4 Ways: Party Over Here
This week, I’m happy to bring you a super fun collab by Ju Kneipp and Tiffany Tillman, Party Over Here:
Plan your party in style, and then create a coordinating layout with your photos… The ultimate party kit! Let’s take a look at some projects by our Decorators:
Sarah says: I think I’m like most scrappers, I tend to scrap everyone else and rarely scrap about myself. I started this page before I had decided on a photo to feature, and just had fun playing with all the gorgeous papers and embellishments. I love the variety of elements, it made layering so much fun. I even used one of Tiffany’s cupcake toppers as a layer. As I added my final layers, I realized that I wanted to scrap about myself. I approached my journaling as if I were writing an e-mail to myself, so it is a bit rambling, but it represents my feelings and my personality well.

Jennifer says: Birthday photos tend to go unscrapped in my house. I’m not sure what it is about them, probably the fact that all 3 of my boys birthdays are within a month of each other, and I am birthday’ed out after all that celebrating! That will definitely not be the case anymore with this help of this amazing collaboration kit! I just love the soft colors Ju used and all the amazing little embellishments. The metal alphabet and word art makes for a simple and easy title. I used one of Tiffany’s printables with more of Ju’s papers for the banner along the top of the layout to add a little bit more whimsy to the whole thing!
Tiffany says: I loved the vintage feel of this fun birthday kit. There was nothing vintage about this most recent birthday photo of my daughter but by simply toning down the color in the photo it created just the right contrast to let the photo take the focus of the page. I love banners and they are so appropriate in a birthday kit. I think it is fun to find new ways to use them on my pages. This time I strung them across a paper block for a fun accent to my page design.
Janell says: Tiffany’s printables are SUPER easy to download and print at home, making your party preparations fun and stylish with out all the grunt work. To personalize my toppers I just edited out the “thank you for coming” and added the names of my party guests.
I love this kit, and I’m sure you do, too! Are you ready for your chance to win Party Over Here Part 1 and Party Over Here Part 2? Comment here, and answer this:
Do you prefer to party over here, or party over there? (AKA: Be the host or be a guest?)
