This week’s feature kit, Baby Mine, is near and dear to designer Carina Gardner’s heart:
Since Carina is near and dear to OUR hearts, we are ecstatic to support her in this fabulous cause! During the month of April, all proceeds from the sale of this kit will be donated to a couple who’s adopting their first child.
So, just to get your creative juices flowing, here are quite a few different projects all made with this one kit. (It’s not just for babies, anymore!)
From me:

Many of us here at DHD have been touched by adoption, and we all recognize it for the amazing changes it brings about, joining together individuals that were meant to be one family. Won’t you help us make a change for one more family? To win this week’s kit, we’d love to hear your special adoption stories! (Congrats to Toni Ellison, winner of last week’s kit!)

Wow! What eye candy and inspiration!!!! Makes me wanna have another baby…….almost!
LOVE this kit!!!
These are beautiful!
No special human adoption stories but I have adopted 3 cats at various times from shelters or pet stores. Those cats were and are as dear to me as my kids are.
I love how the elements from the kit were used on the baby outfit!!! So cute.
I had fertility problems for quite a long time and was contemplating adoption when I decided to give fertility drugs one more shot! Three months of taking the drugs and we were pregnant! A miracle had happened. I know how it feels and hope everything goes well with the adoption! Children are wonderful! (and a shout out to my sister in law who has four children thru adoption.) She helped me keep going on both paths to have a family! Thanks Karalee!
These are adorable layouts and the kit is so versatile with its colors that can be used for either girls or boys.
I have an aunt who tried for the longest time to have a baby. She finally decided to adopt – When her adopted child was 2 months old, she got pregnant. Needless to say, she was a very busy woman (chasing two little ones) after that!!!
